than 15 words. Author Name(s): Provide the full name(s) of the authors(s),
affiliation, address, phone number, and e- mail addresses for all authors;

the abstract makes a summary unnecessary. At the end of the abstract add up to

captions and literature citations. The text should be justified in 1 column
6½ inches (165 mm) wide with 1 inch (25 mm) margins. Use 12 point Times
New Roman for all text. Captions should be bold. Use preferably no more than
two levels for captions. The highest level should use 14 point Times New Roman. - Subscripts
ad superscripts should be clearly distinguished, zeros (0's) and ohs(O's)
differentiated, and ones (1's) and els (l's) differentiated, if any of these could
possibly be misunderstood.
- All tables and figures must be inserted
in the manuscript. Please use the table
format provided in the Paper Style
paper. Use 10 point Times New Roman for text inside the table. Column and
row titles should be bold. Place table caption above the table. Table number
must be bold using 12 point Times New Roman.
Example: Table
1 Descriptive statistics for in- and output variables.
- Place
figure caption below the figure. Figure number must be bold using 12 point
Times
New Roman. Caption must be hanging by 1.5 cm.
Example: Figur
1 Normalized histograms for efficiency scores assuming "crs" technology,
together with density function for the corresponding estimated censored log-
normal distributions. Farms with 30-60 cows.
- Avoid footnotes.
If impossible indicate footnotes in the text by consecutive,
superior numerals,
never asterisks.
- Number each page at bottom and centered.
- Authors
should use GB or US English, preferably the first.
