IP-overlap problems with publishers

Please, note that over the past years some smaller University of Helsinki branch libraries have undeliberately, but erroneously registered themselves with wide IP-address ranges which were overlapping ours. (e.g. [128.214.*.*] IS WRONG).See more info for:

• the correct IP-subnets for University of Helsinki
• the physical locations of the university subnets

Currently, we have unsolved issues with: www.ingentaconnect.com, www.reference-global.com, www.esajournals.org, www.oxfordjournals.org, We ask our patrons to report us any additional access problems or wrong identification.
