Terms of use

1. End-user license

Installation of MOTTI Stand Simulator (Software Product) indicates your acceptance of the terms of this agreement, and creates a legal and binding agreement between you and The Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke).

You may not resell, rent, lease, sub-license or distribute this software or its components without a written permission by Luke. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or alter the software. Furthermore, you may not publish or otherwise distribute the results and analyses produced using MOTTI software without a written permission by The Natural Resources Institute Finland. Using MOTTI for commercial purposes is allowed only prior written permission from Natural Resources Institute Finland.

2. End-user support

The software is provided on “as it is” basis. Hence, Luke provides no official end-user support. However, we do encourage you to send feedback and inquiries by email to motti.metinfo(a)metla.fi. If requested, we will contact you at our earliest convenience.

3. System requirements

MOTTI works in Windows environment (Windows 7, Vista, XP). The compatibility of MOTTI and Windows 8 has not been verified. Minimum display resolution is 1024 x 768 pixels. At least 20 MB of free hard disk space is needed.

4. Registration

After trial period you must acquire and dedicate a license for the software. The software product requires a free registration at the latest after 30 days trial period. Registered users receive a key-code, which is active for a two year period.
