  • The purpose of the conference is to review progress in the scientific understanding of the problematic to produce healthy forest seedlings since the last meeting of Working Party in Gainesville in 1996
  • The conference will be hosted by the Suonenjoki Research Station locating in the middle part of Finland.
  • The Suonenjoki Research Station is specialized in nursery research and forest regeneration and it has a research nursery.
  • The meeting date coincides with the period when disease symptoms and insects damages are most noticeable on seedlings.
  • The registration fee (2000 FMK / after deadline 2800 FIM) includes i.e. conference material, lunch, evening snacks, banquet, fieldtrip transportation, proceeding etc.
