The International Union of Forestry Research Organizations, IUFRO, has more than 700 member organisations in over 110 countries. In August 1995, IUFRO XX Word Congress will be organised in Tampere, Finland. Some 3000 scientists are expected to attend the Congress. (Map of congress location in Tampere).

The Registration Package has been mailed to those who have indicated their interest in participating in the Congress. Basically the same information is provided in electronic form in this hypermedia document. This document, however, is frequently updated to provide the participants the latest information regarding the Congress.
