Welcome to Internet Café!

Internet Café serves you both as a normal café and as a connection to the World-Wide Web.

You will be introduced to use of the WWW, you are welcome to follow presentations, and you are encouraged to present your own WWW applications to other guests.

How to give your own presentation at Internet Café?

You have an opportunity to present your own WWW applications at the Café. Contact personnel to reserve time for your demonstration: tel. 243 4227, E-mail to: jouni.vakeva@metla.fi or visit the Café. Presentations are announced daily in the WWW and Daily B alloon.

There are several Sun workstations and PCs available at the Café. You may use a LCD projection panel connected to a PC to project your presentation on the wall.

If you have an application associated to your poster, you may use Internet Café to demostrate it during poster sessions on Tue 8th and Thu 9th 13:00-14:00.
