randomness assessment

Hi, list members !

Relating to the experimntal plots laid in the field randomly, doubts
have been raised on the process ( whether i did lay out plots at
random). In this regard, I need to answer the following points. Does
any one has references or experiences to response such situation?
Appreciate your ideas, suggestions. Please reply me direclty, as it
may not be of interest to everone in the list.

How to show that the plots were laid at random?

How to assess the biassness?

How to show the samples as an unbiased measure of the population?

Additionally, is there any way to correct the biasness?

Sincere thanks in advance,

Best regards
Krishna
