Yes, I'm told the Chinese government has sent all foresters off to a state
school for "re-education". The Chinese are particularly good at this, at
least according to my understanding of history.
I'm sure the reliability of media reports from China has not degraded in
the past few years, either, making the flooding a simple issue to sort out
here in North America.
