Dear All, At present, I am developing a paper on the likelihood of customers paying price premiums for certified wood products. I am aware of a number of willingness to pay studies, which deal with stated behaviour, but am eager to gain an insight into actual behaviour - will customers actually pay more for certified wood products? Does anyone on the list have experience of selling certified wood products? If so, have you achieved price premiums for any of these products? What are your views with regard to the potential for charging price premiums? I am particularly keen to obtain real examples of what is actually happening in the market. However, all comments are welcome. Yours sincerely, Keith Forsyth Consultant LTS International Pentlands Science Park, Bush Loan, Penicuik, EH26 0PH, Scotland, UK.
