SEARCH FOR CANDIDATES (Philippines)

DFS Deutsche Forstservice GmbH, specialised in forest and resources management,
searches candidates for a watershed protection project in the Philippines.  The
positions (1 to 6) are:

Long-term mission:

1) Resources Management/Rural Development Expert with university degree in
   Socio-Economy, Agro-Economy, and/or Geography with specialisation in Tropical
   Ecology;
   -- previous experience in Philippines required (!)
   -- at least 10 years professional experience, of which 5 years in SE-Asia


Short-term missions:

2) Expert for Land Property Laws, Land Property Conflicts, Land Property Reforms
   (previous experience in Philippines required for this position!)

3) Marine Ecosystem Management Expert (including Marketing)

4) Organisation Development Expert, having special experience with semi-public
   organisations, NGOs, and SHGs

5) Expert for Community-based Forest Management and Land-use Planning

6) Expert for Impact Monitoring and PRA


Duty station:  Philippines

Dead line:     June 25th, 1998
