It would have to mean vegetation contacted by drift caused by application during windy conditions or something similar. Glyphosate is designed (formulate?) to kill blueberries (and oaks, pines, dandelions, thistle, bluegrass, daffodils, etc.). Unfortunately it has less effect on plants one really can do without such as buckthorn or poison ivy.
