Just reviewed w/I sent last night; terribly inarticulate. Jerry Mander in his In the Absence of the Sacred weaves together themes in a coherent manner and I think, is a good vantage point for the first gestalt - before policy is enacted. Sort of like hierarchy theory in political praxis, or, levels of organization is a peculiar way.
