Dear colleagues:
I'm doing a research on how we can integrate agroforestry with forest
management systems focused in the tropics.
Both agroforestry and forest management are managed separately; on
farm trials, plots in research centres, PSP's are some of the methods
to find out changes in growth, productivity, which could (should,
must ?...) include social aspects as a part of the participatory
process for consultation.
Do you think that describing silvicultural methods and agroforestry
techniques, analysing a couple of case studies through field surveys
and interviews will address my assessment?
How should be addressed the survey, some key questions?
How do you think that I am able to define integration in a small
farmer scale (60 - 100 ha)?
I am trying to find relevant information on this topic, but it is
almost nothing to find, do you know where, who, should I contact for
this.
I will appreciate your help. Looking forward your comments.
EDWIN MAGARINOS.
