Dear Forest List,

It has come to my attention that Delta Forestry Corporation, of New York
City, is sending out a news release regarding a tropical forest concession in
Venezuela.  In this news release, Delta Forestry Corporation quotes our firm,
Robert Flynn & Associates, as making favorable comments on their project
after a survey of their forest.  This is a complete fabrication!  We have
never had anyone survey a tropical forest in Venezuela, and have never even
heard of Delta Forestry Corporation.  If you know anyone who has been
approached by Delta Forestry Corporation, please warn them that they are not
authorized to use our name, and that Delta Forestry Corporation is
misrepresenting the facts when they claim that we have surveyed their forest.
