As to the below mentioned case, I have restricted the free posting access of the account in question.:-(. (Moderation of posting is the mildest form of restriction available). This would happen only if there were no effect from 1) private warning and then 2) public warning. This is the first (and I hope the last) case that I have had to use this power as the listowner during the five years of existance of the forest list.
