Hello Gerry.
I helped review the conditions for the recent InterAmerican Development
Bank's new project in Nicaragua (NI0025, Social-Environmental Reforestation
in the North of Nicaragua). At that time last year there were several
programs and NGO's participating in competitive biddig for carrying out
technical assistance, reforestation and agroforestry. I'd suggest you
contact the IDB office in Managua Nicaragua, of Ricardo Quiroga at IDB in
Wahshington:

For your information the project (US$30 million did get approved for Nicaragua.
Best regards, TOM
