case any of you are interested in the conference on Brazil's forest industry
which I mentioned (Nov. 6 & 7, 1996 in Portland, Oregon), you can view the

 Among other speakers, Carlos Beninca, Director of Renewable Resources for
IBAMA, should be quite interesting, especially given the recent news about
Southeast Asian logging firms setting up shop in the Amazon.
