To members of the Forest List, In additional to Dr. ADG Whyte's comment, there's another glaring misconception in need of correction, i.e.: The Westminster system of government does not possess the 'check & balance' mechanism as in the US Congress. Under the Westminster system, the equivalent of the US Congress is the House of Parliament which consist of both Parties - the Government and the Opposition. In UK, it consist of the Sovereign, The House of Lords, and the House of Commons. The Speaker of the House is the presiding officer. Representatives are known as Members of Parliament. Thank you.
