Hi everybody:

Synergy Systems is a company started by grad students of Cornell University.
The company is based in New Delhi, India. Among other things, the
company provides high quality data capture and conversion services at
a low cost. The company offers scanning and digitizing services in the
Arc/info, Mapinfo, and Autocad formats. The cost of digitizing here is
low (about US $7.50 per man-hour) and scanning costs about US$15 for
an A-0 sheet.

We are looking for clients who would like to take advantage of these
substantial cost benefits. We would be happy to do a free benchmark if
