I have received many opinions about the questions I posed concerning
certification on private woodlots.  Yours is the first of a landowner
who does not want his rights of ownership changed in any way
although it is a common view among many landowners in Canada and
particularly here in the east.  I wonder JAK what is your opinion as
to how the situation in the private woodlot sector can be improved
upon because there are certainly some problems that have
surfaced in the past few years with respect to mismangement of this
valuable resource?
