I write seeking information on the establishment and management of
trees on golf courses. Of particular interest is a reliable text book
detailing established procedures. This topic may not be one with
which conventional forestry professionals are greatly familiar, so
details of more appropriate discussion groups or contact addresses,
if in existence, would be greatly appreciated.This request has been
