Dear Ross,

I've had a number of enquiries in the same vein, and I'm hoping to offer
the software via ftp quite soon.  I'll post a note to the listserver when
it is available.  It is a small portion of a larger system for
decision-support during plantation establishment, and it requires some
extra work on the graphics before I make it public.
