we represent a african government seeking a major american or foreign
lumber co to invest in a start up plant in  their  country, access to 1/4
million acres of teak and other hard woods and possibly more acres upto 3
million,product lumber in country, country provides building site  and
labor ,you provide equipment and training for local workforce upto
management level for ecologically sound logging , excellent ports for
shiping on nearby  coastline. Tropical logging experience a big  plus.
