Dear Colleagues:

My friend is a Ph.D research fellow in Europe, with his Bachelor's and
Master's degrees in Forestry already. At this time, He is also employed as a
associate professor by a Chinese university. He want me send you this
measage, on behalf of him, to ask if it needs the licensing or certification
requirements to be a forester in Canada and what are the requirements if
applicable. If possible, would you please tell from which individual or
association he can get offical confirm if he is qualified?
