Concerned environmentalists in Honduras have asked us to look into the
activities of Kennecott Mining Company which is trying to establish a
mining site in the forested area of Minas de Oro (Gold Mine), 50
kilometers north of the Honduran Capital of Tegucigalpa.  They are
very worried about their open pit mining and use of toxic chemicals.
They have also asked for specific information concerning another
company called Galactic Resources that was involved in a mining project
called or at Crown Butte in Yellowstone National Park.

Please spend a moment and track down any information you might have on
these folks for our friends in Honduras and send the information to me,
