As one who responded to Euan I did not experience any nervous
abrasion!   I welcomed his contribution, agreed with his conclusions,
question one of his premises.   The genesis of the discussion shows
us that technical forestry management discussions are made in a
fundamental philosophical context - good to be reminded of that, but
as the saying goes, there are times for "menos filosofia, mas
patatas".
