I am the former President of a professional society of engineers,
scientists, government regulators and industry professionals know as
the Air & Waste Management Association. As result of a grat from the
US Asian Environmental Partnership, A&WMA is developing networks of
professional environmental managers in Malaysia as well as 7 other
South East Asia countries.
