John,
My suggestion to you would be to try private industry and see what conflicts
(if they are willing to share the info with you) they have had to deal with.
There are many stories to be told by the actuall harvestor or harvestees.
Good luck on your search and if you need any info from the Upper pennisula
of michigan let me know. I am a student (soon to graduate) at Michigan Tech.
