I suggest you use the methods of Environmental Economics. For Example,
Contingent Valuation Method(CVM) is one of the environmental valuation
methods. CVM estimates the value of environmental resources using the
questions like "Would you be willing to pay $X for Wildlife habitat
protection?" In detail, please refer to Loomis(1993) and Freeman(1993).
Loomis provides case study of National Park and National Forest.
