ECONOMICS OF NON-THINNING REGIMES I am looking for references on "the economics of non-thinning forest management regimes". A particular issue is the role (and value) of stability in stands exposed to wind (thinning vs. non-thinning). My interest mainly considers sitka spruce in Northern Europe, but experiences with other species and from elsewhere would also be of interest.
