Dear forest net--

At the Portland conference on plantations, Dr. Paul Heilman referred to a
1992 report from the International Poplar Commission, which listed 19
countries with at least 10,000 ha of plantations of poplar.  I would like to
contact this commission, to get a copy of that report (or perhaps an updated
one if it exists), as I need a listing of which countries have poplar
plantations, and how much area involved.  Does anyone have a contact name and
number for this "International Poplar Commission"??
