                     NCASI Northeast Regional Meeting

This years meeting will be held in Portland, Maine on Tuesday and
Wednesday, October 17 and 18.  The purpose of this message is to
announce the forestry session agenda.  However, a number of other
sessions on mill related issues are planned as well.  Titles of
these sessions (other than the General Session on Tuesday
morning) are: Residuals Management, Solid Wood Products, Air
Quality Protection, Receiving Water Quality Protection, and
