Dear colleagues, I would be very grateful for any information on papers concerning the content of lignin, cellulose, hemicelluloses, proportion of crystallic cellulose, and the level of regularity (crystallinity) of cellulose chains in different species of beech (especially Fagus orientalis, F. crenata, F. grandifolia, F. sylvatica), or concerning the reasons of differences in the course of the thermic degradation of teh isolated cellulose among these species. Thanks in advance /\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\ Dr. Miroslav Vozar, Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Wood Technology, Technical University in Zvolen, Masarykova 24, SK-960 53 Zvolen, Slovakia phone +42-855-635 ext 371 fax +42-855-20027 E-mail vozar@vsld.tuzvo.sk \/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/
