Papers/Presentations are requested for one of the forestry
sessions entitled "OR in Forestry" chaired by Rick Moll,Statistics
Canada:

at the 1996 Institute  for Operations Research and the Management
Sciences, INFORMS ( formerly ORSA/TIMS) meeting to be held in
Washington,DC in April/May 1996. (date to be confirmed)

This 90 minute session will require 3-5 papers which demonstrate the
application of OR/MS techniques to forest resource accounting/ planning
in the following suggested (but not restricted to) areas:

- economics of multiple-use/joint production forestry

- recreation valuation in forest planning

- visualizing forestry data

I look forward to receiving abstracts (<200 words)
