The 18th Royal Entomological Society's Symposium will be held 13-15
September 1995 in the Physics Dept., Lecture Theatre No. 1, Imperial
College, London SW7 UK.  The theme is Forests and Insects. The aim of
the meeting is to bring together entomologists workin on insects in
forest ecosystems to discuss issues such as long-term population
dynamics, evolution of forest pest problems, pollution and climate
change, insect diversity in forests, and insect conservation. In
addition to invited speakers, a small number of offered papers and
