Albanian Private Forest Development Program

Chief of Party - Technical Coordinator - Policy Specialist - Pasture 
and Range Consultants - Horticulturist - wanted for Long and Short term 
assignments in Albania to assist the sustainable management of recently 
privatized lands.  Prefer USAID experience, temperate and agroforestry 
background and ability to work closely with Albanian NGO's and 
international development agencies.  Masters or PhD degrees preferred.
