A student at ANU Ms Chrissy Hodsdon is writing a general report on plant
variety rights as part of her 3rd year undergraduate course in Forest
Genetics.   As there is only limited literature and information on the
effect of PVR in forestry any comment, references or, especially, examples
of PVR in forestry would be much appreciated.

The material need not be limited to mainstream forestry or timber
production but may include such forestry activities as agro or farm
forestry and minor forest products and conservation.

Replies could be directed to me - Mike.Slee@anu.edu.au for me to pass on to
Chrissy.   I'll summarise responses for general cirulation later
