Again the elapsed time since the last one shames me into producing
another issue of the Newsletter, despite the total lack of suitable
material to put in it.  Until we find a better name, S4.04-06 is
IUFRO Working Party "Management Planning and Managerial Economics in
Short Rotation Timber Plantations".

This is a plea for S4.04-06 members to send me their contributions. 
The invitation is extended to any others who might have relevant
short items, comments, announcements, etc. (I reserve the right of
arbitrary, unfair and ruthless censorship).  New subscriptions only
in echange for contributions :-)
