This is a question directed particularly to Japanese members of the list:

     Kyonen no "Kami-Pa Sangyo Kihon Mondai Kento Iinkai Hokoku" ni taisuru
sangyo no hanno wa nan datta ka o o-kiki-shitai-n desu ga.
     I would like to ask members of the list if they have any information on
how the Japanese pulp and paper industry reacted to the MITI sponsored "Study
Committee on Basic Issues of the Japanese Paper and Pulp Industry" report
("Kami-Pa Sangyo Kihon Mondai Kento Iinkai Hokoku") that was released last
year? Particularly, what did the Japanese industry think about the
recommendations for it to establish more foreign projects?
