request for forest succession photos for art exhibit

The Bonifas Fine Arts Center in Escanaba, Michigan, USA is assembling an art
exhibit about forest succession for pre-college school students, families,
and the general public. They are requesting large prints or posters of
forest succession for one portion of the exhibit. They cannot process
smaller photos or slides. Materials should be commercially available or
with an assignable copyright in order to avoid problems of copyright
infringement.

The primary pictures will be of forests as they change. Photo sequences
need not be taken at one specific location, but should show typical changes
in a forest type over time. Sequential photos over decades taken at one
location would be of interest. Supplementary photographs of wildlife, uses,
and products associated with each stage of succession would also be a
welcome addition. The exhibit will begin on March 15, 1995 so timely
contributions are necessary. If you have large prints or posters or know of
somebody who can provide them please contact:
