Greetings from Richard Fox, President of Global Resource Consultants and 
Communications Manager for the International Society of Tropical 
Foresters (ISTF).  I was recently in Albania as team leader of a USAID 
Forestry Design Team that developed a five year private forestry 
development project.  Anyone else working or interested in working in the 
Central and Eastern Europe region... or have forestry news from there?
