I am working on an undergraduate project at Michigan Tech's school of 
Forestry.  I need information on redwood.

I'd really appreciate any of the following info:
  Growth and Yield equations
  average volume growth rate
  tax rates (productivity, property, yield, etc.)
 rotation length and regime
   interest rates
   sellin gprice per board foot

We are doing a finacial analysis of redwood, so any other pertinent 
information would be great.
