Dear Dr. Avramidis:

Congratulations on your university being selected for the new wood 
products program.  In your message, you referred to "Winipif".  I wonder, 
did you by any chance mean 'Winnipeg"?  If you have an atlas handy you 
will see it is a little burg of 650,000, situated in the middle of the 
prairies, in a province called "Manitoba".  For your information.
