I don't know if there is an email address for the International Tropical 
Timber Organization per se, but the editor of their bimonthly
newsletter is Dr. Frans Arentz, frans.arentz@aplemail.anu.edu.au

BTW, that newsletter, the "Tropical Forest Update", is an excellent
<free> publication, with articles, news items, profiles of forestry
in inidividual tropical countries, lists of current literature
and forthcoming forestry meetings.  Highly recommended, subscribe through 
the editor at the above address.
