One pointer is the World Wide Web server at my institute.  Please get
your hands on the Mosaic program, if you do not already have it.  It
can be found free in many locations in the Internet.

Then open an URL http://www.metla.fi and go from there.

Mosaic is an Internet-based program that more or less redefined the
standard for hypermedia just during the last few months.
