I'm looking for information on medium density fibreboard (MDF) - especially its
current status in the world timber trade (ie what is the value of its trade
relative to other timber products, who manufactures it, who buys it and what do
they use it for), but also its history and future.  Can anyone point me to some
relevant publications?
