I have a friend who hopes to study risk assessment and management in 
a forestry environment.
He needs to find a suitable University and a Professor who will
teach risk assessment.  Could someone answer the following questions?

1. Who offers risk assessment courses?
2. Which terms are they given, are they single-term studies or much longer?
3. How much do these courses cost?
4. Who is the Professor responsible?
