Russian Forestry Developments?

I'm working with one of the research associates here at the Canadian 
Institute of Resources Law on a book about Canadian Forestry Law.  

She's asked me to find out what I can about recent developments (approx. 
1 or 2 years) in Russian Forestry Law and policy.  I haven't had much 
success through traditional library searches so I turn to this forum.

Also, I did a search of the list archive throught 1992 and 1993 for the 
words "Russia" and turned up 3 items; none of which were very relevant.

Thanks in advance; I'll summarize replies for this list.
