A conference on "Mapping and Remote Sensing Tools for the 21st 
Century" will be held 26-29 August 1994 at the Sheraton Washington 
Hotel, Washington, DC.  It is sponsored by the American Society for 
Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (APSRS) and the Management 
Association for Private Photogrammetric Surveyors (MAPPS).  The 
conference is scheduled over a weekend to reduce travel costs. The 
meeting focuses on the rapidly growing integration of digital-spatial 
and remotely sensed data and woll cover softcopy photogrammetry, 
image registration, digital orthophoto data bases, airborn GPS, GIS,
