I do not object seeing objective comparisons of products, but these should not be produced by the manufacturers or salespersons of the product! Our problem here is that most of these ads come from outside the list's subscribers and your objections on this list do not reach the original sender. Please, all subscribers to forest-list, send your objections to the postmaster@igc.apc.org, and the original sender spardee@igc.apc.org and fill their mailbox. Please, let's not start a discussion on advertising here. Let's save the bandwith for forestry discussion. There may be only one way to prevent these messages in the future and that is to change the list to a moderated one.
